You’ll need

  • Roblox Studio
  • Node.js 18+
  • Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible AI

1. Grab your API key

Sign up at ropilot.ai.

2. Run one command

npx ropilot init
Done. This installs the Studio plugin and configures your AI automatically.
Using something other than Claude Code or Cursor? See Installation for manual setup.

3. Open Studio

Open your place. The plugin auto-connects - you’ll see “Connected to Ropilot Edge” in the output.

4. Start building

Ask your AI:
  • “What’s in ReplicatedStorage?”
  • “Start a playtest and click the Play button”
  • “Does the shop open when I click it?”
